ANNOUNCING OUR NEW REUSABLE LUNCH BAGS


Now that we're fully into the school year, you're no doubt on the go, crazy busy, doing your best to keep up with your family's hectic schedules—and your own.

And if you're like me, that means sometimes making a decision that's easier in the short run, but that you end up regretting later. Chicken fingers again for dinner? It's easier than arguing. Homework in front of the TV? At least they're doing their homework…. You can see why I call these "Drive-thru decisions".

But wouldn't it be nice to know you're doing the right thing now…and for the future?

That's why we're so excited to announce SUBWAY® restaurants' NEW reusable lunch bags. We're replacing Kids' meal plastic bags, with bags that your kids can use to bring their lunch to school, and for a refill when you come back to your favorite SUBWAY® restaurant.

We're just as proud to announce that as part of this effort, SUBWAY® restaurants are donating $100,000 to the World Wildlife Fund. It's just the right thing to do. Because when we think about our kids' futures, we want their planet to be as healthy as they will be.

And doing the right thing doesn't mean it can't be fun! That's why our bags will not only hold your child's meal, but will also come with a great collectible trading card. Each bag also has a fun design that ties into the current promotion. Check out the latest designs here.

So be sure to come back between now and the Holidays to collect all four. And throughout 2010, to add to your child's collection. We'll be featuring the Smithsonian, Little League® Baseball and Softball, and more!
